As with all of our services, our weight loss plans are based on each individual’s health status and goals. Your personalized plan is designed to assist you in succeeding not only in losing weight but keeping it off. More importantly, our focus is on optimal health not just weight loss. We believe baseline blood work is an essential part of developing a patient’s care plan. We assess for potential concerns as well as determine if a hormonal imbalance may be contributing to weight gain and inability to lose weight. Any program that does not screen for low thyroid function may be missing a crucial piece of information for current treatment and long term management. Baseline blood work also allows patients to track their overall health improvements as they progress through our program.
Our Fit3D scan is included in our program at no additional cost. It provides comprehensive information including weight, body measurements, percent body fat, muscle mass, posture and even creates a 3D image of your body using 3 cameras. You will receive a log in to review your results online. At every visit you are offered the opportunity to scan. This allows us to track weight, percent body fat and muscle mass to ensure patients are not losing muscle mass. At the end you will be able to compare your images to visually see the progress you made.
Our nurse practitioner Christine has been successfully prescribing semaglutide as part of a weight loss program since it’s approval for weight loss in 2021. We have also been prescribing tirzepatide since the fall of 2023. We are not a Med Spa adding on this service or a national chain that popped up just to make quick money on the newest trend. We truly understand the benefits and know how to manage the side effects of semaglutide and tirzepatide. We have relationships with several reputable compounding pharmacies that provide the product for us. If you want a comprehensive program with a provider dedicated to your success please give us a call for a free consultation. Our pricing is transparent with no hidden costs.

I have been 230 pounds and I have been at my lowest 140 pounds, so when I say I know about the struggles with weight loss- I do. It seems like I’ve been on a diet since I was 14 years old. I am now almost 50. The last medically supervised weight loss program I tried did not work (and believe me I tried and followed all the instructions). I took all the oral medications, bought the shakes and the bars, and went into the office weekly to weigh in. All to be disappointed- I gained a 1/2 pound despite my willpower. (March 3021)
The semaglutide weight loss program is a game changer for people like me. I have lost 22 pounds in 10 weeks. I had no expectations of losing this weight before summer and I am in shock, the number on the scale keeps going down and finally matches my hard work! I don’t follow a special “diet”, I don’t have to go into the office weekly and I don’t buy any shakes or special meals. I take a shot once a week, eat healthy, I am conscious of what I eat and the portion size. (Calories in versus calories out as Christine says) I stay hydrated and have an active lifestyle (Pilates). And my body now responds the way it was intended to. This honestly was the easiest way to lose weight. I feel like my metabolism has been reset and my body is using insulin/glucose and metabolizing it correctly! I can’t thank Christine enough for helping me! (March 2021)
