No — Pinnacle Health & Wellness Solutions is a self-pay, concierge clinic. This is deliberate. The cash-based model is what lets us spend real time with patients, treat root causes instead of symptoms, and offer therapies (BHRT, peptides, and medical weight loss) that insurance simply will not cover. We do not offer aesthetic services. Patients may choose to use their insurance for bloodwork performed outside our office, and for some prescriptions, but billing insurance directly is not part of what we do. Patients may use FSA or HSA funds for eligible services; however, we are not involved in the reimbursement or claims process.
